Positive: We had an incredible stay at Hanafubuki. From the moment we arrived we were really looked after. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, and the forest surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. The nine onsen were all great, each with their different charm - we had no issues finding an available bath at any time. Both breakfast and dinner were really delicious. We would love to come back again some time.
